[Michlib-l] Online fine payment

Good early afternoon! I was curious what other options are out there for collecting online payments for fines other than Apple pay or Paypal. Do you have an outside vendor that takes on transaction fees? I have also heard this called: Online Payment MAnagement for Libraries?
