I was forwarded an email you sent out regarding a flannelgraph kit returned in your bookdrop that didn’t belong to you.  Based on the information you provided in that email, it sounds like the kit may belong to the Great Start to Quality Central Regional Resource Center (RRC).  The RRC’s have Lending Libraries of educational materials for childcare providers and parents to check out to use with children, so it sounds like it might belong there.
