Hi, Everybody. I have another request for the collective mind. Does your library have by-laws for your Friends group? If so, would you please share your by-laws with Peter White Public Library? We are especially looking for by-laws that detail the relationship, obligations and ownership of items between the library and the Friends group. Thanks, again, for all your help.
