I am so sorry to share the news that long-time library employee John MacDonald passed away last weekend.

Many of you knew John.  He worked at the current Wayne Public Library since it opened in 1996, and before that at the Wayne-Westland Library.  He was well loved by co-workers and patrons alike, and will be sorely missed.

A memorial for John will be held at the Harry J. Will funeral home in Wayne on Saturday, August 1.
