
We have had two hotspots that were not returned. When a hotspot is 1 week late, we cut off service. If it's still not returned after another week, we get a replacement from t-mobile and permanently remove the stolen one from our service plan. We circulate hotspots for 2 weeks with no renewals, but we will extend a checkout in extenuating circumstances. We do not charge a deposit, but we do have stiff fines for failure to return, damage and late returns.
