LIBRARY PROGRAM AND MARKETING COORDINATOR

 

The Hackley Public Library in Muskegon, MI is seeking a creative and friendly half time program and marketing coordinator for our diverse and dynamic Lake Michigan shoreline community.  General responsibilities include assisting with planning, conducting, facilitating and evaluating library programs for adults and library-wide special events. Also responsible for marketing the library and its programs and services to the community.

 

Requirements:  A BA degree in marketing or a related field is strongly preferred; demonstrated experience or transferable skills are also welcome.  Digital literacy skills and a working knowledge of graphic design and computer software packages.  Program planning, presentation, project management or training experience required. Customer service and some marketing experience required.  Starting pay is $18,722 DOQ.  19 hours per week including 2 evenings and Saturdays.
