This year’s MiALA Annual conference will feature two opportunities to get career development advice. Through a panel as well as 1:1 resume review/career consultation sessions participants will be able to get advice about whatever career stage they may be at. Whether you’re a student leaving library school or already in the field in a staff or librarian position these opportunities are for you.

The sessions will include information on:

• Interview best practices

• Cover letter writing

• Resume creation (bring your resume and get it reviewed!)

• General advice on the job seeking process
