Subject: [alsc-l] National Summer Learning Day!

Hello ALSC!

Have you heard of National Summer Learning Day? It’s coming up on July 12 and ALSC is teaming up with NSLA (National Summer Learning Association) to highlight summer learning in libraries.

Are your libraries hosting any specific events or programs to encourage summer learning in your communities? The NSLA has a Summer Learning Day registry for them: bit.ly/SLD2018 . Registering your summer learning program helps families and other interested youth serving organizations in your communities find you.

NSLA has an array of resources available to help celebrate Summer Learning Day and to #keepkidslearning!

Stay tuned for more resources and details. You can learn more: bit.ly/summerlearningday18.
