Please share with or forward to your Friends groups! It was a summer to remember, sometimes good, sometimes not so good, as severe weather conditions in Michigan often left communities dealing with floods, wind damage and oppressive heat and humidity. Join us for a Zoom meeting this *Thursday, September 23* in the morning at 10:00 am or in the evening at 6:00 pm to share your story, collaborate with other Friends, and emphasize the good things that you helped happen at your community library this summer. It’s always good to know that Friends are there to support the library no matter what the weather may bring. We’re hoping that your Friends were able to do a lot of good for your library this summer in spite of the weather. Join us on Thursday, September 23 for the next Connect with Friends: “How our Friends Group Spent our Summer Months in Support of the Library.” To register for either the morning or evening session, visit this link: https://fomlevents.org/ and select the session of your choice. We look forward to seeing you! -- Kate Pohjola Andrade, Director Woodlands Library Cooperative <https://woodlands.lib.mi.us> 517-629-9469 / 586-801-0725 - cell/text Board Member, Midwest Collaborative for Library Services <https://www.mcls.org/> *No Reservation Recommendations* <https://nrr.ninja>: your source for colleague-approved vendors! she/her/hers
