Hello:

The Colorado Library Consortium (CLiC)  introduced a nifty resource for sample library policies.

Aimed at small and rural libraries, it is free to use and contains lots of useful language and ideas.

Please note, however that some policies may rely on Colorado Law, (which may differ from Michigan’s law),

So, as always, be sure to double check policy language with your attorney to ensure it complies with Michigan and local law – and that it is the best option for your community.

NEW Public Library Policy Collection unveiled!  Created and hosted by CLiC staff with enthusiastic support from ARSL (Association of Small and Rural Libraries).  Search and download policies to revise for your needs.  Submit policies and help grow the collection.  But first, read the full story on this new service created specifically for small and rural libraries.

Have a great weekend!
