Hi All
I know other libraries out there have Techsoup Hotspots too – we just got ours going a little over a month ago and are having problems with a couple of them saying data limits reached. These are supposed to have unlimited data. Has anyone else encountered this and if so can you reply to me off list and tell me how you resolved it? If there is a quick and easy fix that doesn’t involve waiting on hold with T-Mobile for hours that would be awesome! J
