Hello All, This is a question for those libraries with Makerspaces, specifically Cricut machines. We have a Cricut we use internally. One of the wheels that pulls the paper into the machine has slipped out of place. The machine needs to be taken apart to put the piece back (maybe even needing a new piece). However, I am not sure what type of business might repair a machine like this... The Cricut website proved to not be helpful. Have any other libraries needed their Cricuts repaired? If so, where do you take them? The machine is only a few years old and we don't use it more than a few times per year, so I'd hate to have to get a new one for a simple repair. Thanks!
