Registration is now open for the Friends of Michigan Libraries (FOML) March 2020 workshops to be held at the Portage District Library in Portage, MI. Please share with your Friends group and library
trustees!
On Thursday, March 26, FOML will present a workshop for Friends focusing on sustainability with a presentation by Cordelia Anderson, Library Consultant,
“Engaging with More Diverse Audiences.” Also on Thursday, FOML will hold its annual membership meeting and present an award to the winner of the 2019 Outstanding Friends of the Library.
On Friday, March 27, the FOML Trustee Alliance will present a trustees workshop focusing on sustainability with a presentation by Cordelia Anderson entitled
“Spreading the Word About Library Relevancy.”
Registration fees for the workshops are $25 for members and $35 for non-members. Registration includes refreshments and lunch.

These workshops offer wonderful opportunities to engage with others in learning about developing and sustaining services to Michigan library communities.
