I'm curious to see how other libraries plan on implementing the new changes to the Library Privacy Act. 

TADL's Board has made patron privacy a priority and is leaning toward creating a policy that requires police to file an FOIA request for any surveillance tape requests but all fees will be waived if a crime is involved. 

I will summarize all responses for the list.
