Good Morning!

 

Wondering if anyone out there already has a written policy for what they allow on background checks for staff/volunteers and what rules a person out.

We have decided on some certain red flags, and that other things on a person’s history would be ok to let through, so we would like to have a written policy going forward.

If you have one already, would you be willing to share it with me?
