[Michlib-l] Building & Grounds walk through

Hi everyone- I'm looking for some input about building & grounds walk through. We are planning to have a walk through with our board members, but we need someone to sort of lead the walk though so we can be sure to cover everything. Is there an agency or someone you recommend to assist us with this? Thank you!
