We've also had good experiences with A2 Magic.  In the past, he's also done magic workshops to teach kids some simple magic tricks which was a pretty cool experience.  

Also highly recommended Cameron Zvara.  He's outstanding...very engaging, high energy performance.  🙂

Mr. Evan is a hit for kids' music, though he books up pretty fast on his summer touring schedule, I think.

Live animal programs are always a hit, imho.  Outdoor Discovery Center does a fantastic job.

Jeff always does a phenomenal job at our library and incorporates elements of the library summer reading program theme, Dewey Decimal System, or other fun facts to engage kids.

Also, Rebecca Barrett of ARK Animal Encounters has done very informative, hands-on animal programs for our groups. 
She mainly brings smaller animals, with a tortoise or iguana being the largest.
She books single shows for up to 50 people so the animals don't get overwhelmed, and can schedule a second show for a reduced price for the same day.
