Yes. Capital Area District Libraries has a collection of Japanese language children's books. Our Japanese books begin with a call# code of JPN. If you look in our catalog under JPN JE you will find approximately 26 picture books. https://opac.cadl.org/search~S15/X?SEARCH=(jpn%20je)&SORT=D
