If you are not already, I would HIGHLY suggest registration for the “Awesome Millage Mondays”
Every Monday by Library of Michigan.

I would also very much suggest reaching out to Shirley Bruursema “The Millage Queen” .
She was fundamental in helping us get through our millage.
Happy to have a one-on-one phone conversation as well.
We just passed a 10 year , but it had its moments.
