Hello,

We are getting ready to create a strategic plan for our library and I’m wondering if anyone has a “template/program” to recommend using. My Board is looking at using the “SWOT – Strength, Weaknesses, Opportunities, Threats” template to begin our process.

Does anyone have any pro/cons on using SWOT?  Or would you recommend a similar option better suited to libraries?

My board would like to review what other libraries have use so please share. Thank you!
