We don't need to know the patron's identity and if that information is included in the ILL paperwork, then couldn't we keep it confidential, like we do in other circumstances? I always do it after spring break to help the spread of any illnesses brought back but I think it's a good way to remind patrons that their phones need to be cleaned too.
