The upcoming presidential election isn’t the only important election around the corner. On May 16, elections for the Michigan Academic Library Association (MI-ALA) start. There are 12 open positions. As MI-ALA enters its second year as an established organization, membership involvement to chart the organization’s future is crucial. Considering running for office! The call for nominations runs April 25-May 9. Individuals are encouraged to self-nominate as well as nominate colleagues.
