Hello Everyone, 

Now that all libraries in Milwaukee County are closed, I am working on FAQs for patrons. The usual suspects such as what to do with items already checked out, holds, when will we reopen etc are on my list. I'm also answering questions on how to access digital materials, reset a pin remotely, livestreaming storytime...

What other questions have you been getting? How are you offering extra services via livestream or video? FYI, I have no staff in the building to minimize the spread of germs in-library between staff since there are active COVID-19 cases locally. So no phone answering or shelving to be done.
