[Michlib-l] Video Footage Redaction

Hello! Has anyone had to blur faces in their video surveillance before turning over for a FOIA request? I am in need of assistance in blurring the faces of some patrons in some requested video footage. If anyone can assist me (either with a program or a company suggestion) please let me know!
