Hi All, Our Books by Mail service for homebound patrons is very popular and we were thinking about expanding the services to include movies. We currently provide only books and audiobooks in the service and we do not charge late fees for overdue materials. Checkout periods for materials are four weeks. If you include DVDs in your BBM circulating materials do you ---Have a problem with DVD cases being damaged in the mail? ---Are your mailing bags padded? ---Charge overdue fines for materials checked out by BBM patrons? ---How long are checkout periods for books or DVDs? Are they the same or different? ---Are DVDs limited to materials that are older than six months? ---Do you find you have BBM patrons that ONLY checkout movies? Please reply to me directly.
