[Michlib-l] Computer passes

I am interested in finding out how other libraries handle computer passes for the public. When people come in wanting to use a computer and they don't have a library card, do you ask them to show their photo ID before giving them a guest pass? Do you record their name and their guest pass number? If other libraries are interested, I can compile the replies and email them to Michlib-l.
