Hello everyone! If your library or institution has any written policies and procedures concerning issues with 'bed bugs' that you would be willing to share, I would be greatly obliged. We are also interested in finding out if anyone has or is currently using the Orkin's quarterly service of having their buildings evaluated by the trained canines, and how that experience has been for your library or institution.
