[Michlib-l] Hotspot Lending Policies & Penalties

Hi Libraryland, I'm looking for examples of hotspot lending policies, specifically penalties for not returning the devices. We have a few libraries having issues with their hotspots not being returned. I would love to hear how you ensure your devices get returned after their lending period expires. If you would be willing to share your policies or lending agreements, I would greatly appreciate it!
