Would anyone be willing to share their volunteer policy? I would appreciate any and all parts you're willing to share, though I'm particularly curious about background checks for volunteers and whether this is a standard. This question was brought up at a board meeting. If your library runs background checks on volunteers, is there a company you recommend? Do you use the same company for employees?
