[Michlib-l] website building

Hello all, We are looking at a major redesign/revamp of our website. Besides making it more interesting, we want to ensure it is ADA compliant. How have you approached this? Did you do it in-house, did you hire someone to do the redesign, and then make updates in-house, did you outsource the design as well as the updates? Any ideas appreciated!
