Just checking if anyone in LibraryLand can help me out.

We have received Congressional Directed Spending to use on an elevator modernization project. This will be funneled to us through the USDA’s Department of Rural Development. They have requested that our board make a resolution giving someone the authority to sign all grant and bid documents, pay applications, change orders, etc. We are not getting a loan through them so the normal resolutions they have on file do not work. Does anyone have a resolution that you have used for this or something similar that you could share? Our board meeting is Monday and the other option is me drafting something from scratch. I’d love to have some kind of basis to go from.
