[Michlib-l] Library Service Cost

Hello, I am curious what percentage of taxes your library residents pay towards Library Services. I recently visited family in Chicago, and their local library had a poster made up showing the residents paid only 1%, a penny per dollar for their library service. Made me wonder about the Michigan average. For example, our library is .799 mil out of 32.7229s mills total - which is about 2.5%. If anyone is willing to share their area's percentage, I would find it interesting and useful. Attempting to get a decent enough sample size. Perhaps this has already been done? Thanks.
