Hello all!
The board would like to evaluate our benefits and see what everyone else is doing, especially in regards to the following questions:
- For those offering medical insurance - do you usually go by the cap or 80/20 when it comes to the cost for employees?
- For those offering dental and/or vision - How are you handling this cost? 80/20? Paying in full? etc?
- Short Term/Long Term Disability - How are you handling this cost? 80/20? Paying in full? etc?
