Does anyone have policies on community service workers from the courts?   I have been pretty open on using them all along, but today

I have some questions on it and probably need a policy to fall back on.  I do enjoy them working for me since I don't have 

to pay them and the penal fines keep going down, recuperation in "free" work.  Reply to me off list please.
