I wanted to share with you the upcoming workshops that Stay Well will be offering. You can find flyers attached, with additional details and links to register, as well as social media (images and post copy) that is ready to be shared should that be something you or your organizations are interested in. Please feel free to share the flyers with those in your professional and personal worlds.

To highlight upcoming workshops that will be begin soon, please see below for a brief recap:

Coping with Grief and Loss for Adults- 6-week workshop meeting on Monday evenings or Wednesdays at noon. This workshop begins Monday June 6^th
Creative Coping: An art-based workshop for parents and children. 4-week workshop that will meet on Wednesday evenings. This workshop will launch on Wednesday June 15^th
Staying Well: An emotional health workshop for teens. 4-week workshop that will meet Tuesday afternoons. This workshop will launch on Tuesday June 14^th.
Coping with Grief and Loss for Young Adults. 4-week workshop that will meet on Wednesday afternoons. This workshop is ideal for people aged 13-21 and will launch on Wednesday June 15^th.
