[Michlib-l] Locked AV materials through Mel

Just a heads up that if you have locking cases, please make sure they're unlocked when you send them out through Mel. We've received multiple locked cases, both CD & DVD, in the last couple of weeks that are locked. We don't have a way to unlock them, so they get sent back uncirculated unfortunately.
